Refund policy
If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return the items to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the items for a refund. Returned items should be unused and in the same condition as received. Please get in touch with us before returning any items and we will issue you a reference number for the return.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the returns of used/opened cosmetic products.
In case if any of the items you purchased from us is defective or damaged when received please contact us as soon as possible and return the items within 7 days for a replacement or refund along with a copy of the invoice. If you would like a refund, we will refund the value of the goods only, excluding any delivery charges (if applicable). The refund will be processed once the item has been received back.
For your own protection we recommend that you send the returned items using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as the items are your responsibility till received back by us.
